Hi everyone,

I want to take a moment to thank those people who responded to my last blog post and helped me work on my blog formatting challenges. I appreciate Paul Livingston, Colin Pike, Tim Buttles and Desiree Thomas all coming to my aid and trying to help me figure out my issues. I’ve decided to start over and see if I can find the issues that were causing the problems all along.

Anyway with that aside, I’d like to share something with you that I found out about yesterday that is an excellent planning and organizing tool that gets the whole family involved (at least those who have computer access). I need help making changes to the WP Sidebar!

This will be a short post but I’m asking for help from anyone who can tell me how to get rid of the 4 little ad spaces in the top of my sidebar. If you don’t see them, just go to my “About Kevin” page or the blog roll page and you’ll see what I mean. I found this theme that I like better than the other three I’ve had before it and now I’m dealing with issues out of my reach. I’ve scanned over the style sheets many times and I don’t know how to delete those ads.

I’m also having trouble getting my home page to show my sidebar info in the sidebar, it’s showing up down below my other posts in the main column? I’d sure appreciate help from anyone who can coach me, I’m not brand new to dealing with web sites but I’m fairly new to dealing with WordPress so it’s like learning a new language! I’ve done google searches and youtube searches and watched a lot of WordPress tutorial videos and none have been able to help me with these issues so far.

How to get added to my Blog Roll…

have you got your plan?

Me again,

I wondered if you’re like me and don’t have your plan to win Alex Jeffreys traffic contest completely committed to paper yet. I know from past experience that “if you fail to plan, you plan to fail!”

I learned that lesson the hard way on a helicopter ‘check-ride’ one time when I was on active duty in the U.S. Army and going through flight school — an instructor pilot told me that during his post briefing — ouch! The good thing is that I didn’t fail the check-ride but he was trying to get the point across that I could have done better!

I also found a neat WordPress Plug-In that allows you to link your Twitter page with your blog so that it automatically updates your followers when you post a blog update. continuing the journey…

I want to continue to keep you all updated on my progress as I make my way through this process to get my Profit Pulling Platform running as I’m making my way through the Alex Jeffreys coaching program. Like I mentioned before, I’ve bought so many programs, ebooks, videos and other products online that I can keep track of all of them but what was missing with most all of them was the follow through with a real person who’s excited and concerned about my success. Alex has so much passion for what he’s doing as he’s teaching all of us how to get our online businesses off of the ground and making money as soon as possible.

I wanted to let you know the most important thing to do in getting your online business off of the ground is to “DO SOMETHING!” I’ve been in business for many years and this concept applies to every part of your daily life! You can do all the planning and have everything perfect but if you don’t “TAKE ACTION”, there’s a 100% chance that nothing will happen! I think you get the point so I’ll move along, this was the main reason I’d been spinning my wheels for so many years online and haven’t made enough money to even talk about.(...)

finally getting started…

Hello everyone,

I’m finally getting started posting to my blog. I’ve had this crazy thing set up for over a year and actually forgot about it. I’m looking forward to sharing my journey with everyone who chooses to read my posts.

First I’ll tell you a little about who I am, I’m a computer junkie who’s been through many different types of career paths since I left active duty in the U.S. Army back in 1988 as an Aeroscout Helicopter pilot. I’ve been looking for something to help me make money online for the past 12 years and I’ve bought more ebooks and programs than you “can shake a stick at”, no really, I’ve got so many of them that I can count them all and there’s no telling how much money I’ve spent. My biggest problem is that I’ve always had a serious problem staying focused when I’m at the computer. I was never considered “ADD” as a child but I’ve decided that the computer has caused me to become “ADD” and I can’t stay focused on anything for very long.(...)
